Our
office likes to plan ahead as much as possible. To this effort we will
be posting any and all closure dates and vacation dates here. As always
when we are away an emergency physician will be on call for your needs.
However, these physicians CAN NOT generate referrals for you so make
sure to obtain any referral needs before our vacation periods. _______________________________ Current expected closures for 2009 are June 22nd - 26th and September 14th - 18th. ________________________________
Thank
you for taking the time to make notes of these closed dates. Due to the
size of our staff when the Doctor is away the office is closed. No
staff members will be in during these dates(that's when we go on
vacation too!). Please plan ahead with regards to your referral needs.
WARNING: Not all insurance companies will allow for back-dated referrals!!!
